Financing your Next Home

Depending on your situation, there may be more options available to you now that when you purchased your first home.  If you have more than 20% down payment, or good cash flow, it may make sense for you to consider the following mortgage options:
 
  • Variable Rate Mortgage (VRM)
    • The low Variable Rate Mortgages are more accessable to those with 20% equity in their homes, or those who have the income to qualify.
  • 50 / 50 Mortgage
    • Get the best of both worlds!
    • 50% of your mortgagein a variable rate
    • 50% in a fixed rate
  • Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
    • Gain access to your equity so you can make it work for you
    • Make your mortgage interest tax deductable
    • Great for investing, renovating, fun or just in case
